My first impressions gathering user needs is that people gets used to the objects arround without asking too much about their form or usability. People does not ask themselfs much about their surroundings. It is necessary some time of reflection and meditation to realize where we are, what we know, and what we want. Somehow something related to the big eternal questions expresed by Paul Gaughin in his famous picture D'où venons nous? Que sommes nous? Où allons nous?.

4. Identify one or more latent needs with an exclamation point (!).
